FOr some reason, the Job Card did not get signed by the inspector, even though the inspector arrived at the location and inspected the work.  The job card was on premises at all times.   This was covid times 2021 and 2022, and different inspectors showed up.

This report is to show the city inspector's office the rebar was installed according to the approved architectural plans.
